By visiting https://lazybot.net, creating an account, initiating an automated domain check, or purchasing any commercial subscription or quota add-on, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access or use the platform.

03. Account Registration & API Token Security

To access certain features, including intelligence reports, continuous background monitoring, and worker concurrency pipelines, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and current registration details.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and issued telemetry access tokens.
• You agree to notify our security desk at [email protected] immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use standards or engage in automated credential misuse.

04. Commercial Subscription Plans & Pricing Tiers

LAZYBOT.NET offers tiered subscription models and capacity extensions based on monitored node quotas, metric storage, and pipeline concurrency:

All listed prices are in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing upon thirty (30) days advance notice to active subscribers.

05. Electronic Service Delivery & Provisioning

All services provided by LAZYBOT.NET LLC are 100% digital cloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

06. Payment Processing & Billing Terms

We process payments through authorized PCI-DSS Level 1 certified merchant processors, including Stripe, Inc. and Paddle (Merchant of Record).

• Recurring Billing: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and supported digital wallets.
• Invoicing & Receipts: Official electronic tax invoices and payment confirmation receipts are generated automatically for every transaction and can be accessed under Billing & Invoices.

07. Cancellation Policy & 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• 7-Day Full Refund: If you are dissatisfied with your initial subscription purchase, you may request a 100% full refund within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

08. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LAZYBOT.NET strictly in compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Use the platform to execute distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, brute-force intrusions, or unauthorized exploit delivery.
• Scan, harvest, or aggregate domain credentials, confidential customer files, or proprietary intellectual property without proper authorization from the asset owner.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy platform source code, neural correlation models, or proprietary DNS dataset caches.
• Resell or redistribute platform access tokens without prior written authorization from LAZYBOT.NET LLC.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination of account access without refund and may be referred to competent law enforcement authorities.

09. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform algorithms, design architecture, graphics, trademarks, logos, documentation, and indexing software are the exclusive intellectual property of LAZYBOT.NET LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

LAZYBOT.NET services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, we do not guarantee that scans or telemetry will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LAZYBOT.NET LLC, its members, officers, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to LAZYBOT.NET LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Missouri.
